    • Celebrating the ‘Authentic Self’ – Understanding Competition vs Collaboration.

    • Co-creative, informal, expansive sharing of knowledge and spiritual techniques with a Q&A session based around these themes, with the intention to help shift perspectives and perceptions around what the Authentic Self is and blocks that may stop us from connecting to these parts of ourselves.

    • Activate and consciously connect with the power of your Unique Soul-Self, with a powerful, uplifting visualisation.

    • Raise your vibration and feelings of connection and wholeness on all levels with a powerful energy share using activating Visualisation, Light Language & Reiki Healing.

    • Finish with an extended and deeply renewing, immersive Guided Light Journey/Meditation & individual channelled messages.
